Which are the payment methods?

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

For credit card payments we use a safe SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certified system: when the order is confirmed, the credit card data will be transferred to the credit card managing institution in order to be authorized and charged. All the data travels through a safe and encrypted SSL connection. This is a safe and risk free procedure that protects the customer from all possible abuses. Thanks to this system, Artemisia.me does not, in any possible way, visualize the credit card data of its customers.

PAYPAL PAYMENT

We accept all the major credit cards and pre-paid cards registered on the PayPal circuit. Your financial data will never be shared with Artemisia.me, it will be directly managed by PayPal. In case of order cancellation (by the customer or by Artemisia.me) the amount will be re-charged on your PayPal account. Artemisia.me will not be responsible for delays or damage caused in the refunding process.

In the reason for payment please indicate the date and the order number that you will find in the order confirmation email.

Artemisia.me will ship the products only when the relative amount will be credited on the above mentioned bank account, therefore the shipment could be delayed of a few days because of the bank’s timing.

 

Where do you ship and how fast is shipping?

SHIPMENT IN ITALY

 Shipping in Italy is free. Shipments take place within 1 or 2 working days from the order processing with UPS courier.

If you choose to pay through bank transfer, your order will be prepared and shipped exclusively after your payment has been received.

Charges are standard independently form the volume of the order.

When the order has been shipped, you will receive a mail that will contain the number of your shipment and a link through which you will be able to monitor the status of your order.

SHIPMENT IN OTHER COUNTRIES

At the moment it is possible to ship Artemisia’s products in Italy an in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Chez Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, U.K., USA, Canada, Australia and New Zeland

The cost for such european destinations through UPS courier is of 7 Euro for each product. Delivery time varies between 3 and 5 business days, depending on the destination. The cost for shipping to USA and Canada is 15 Euro and the delivery time is about 7 business days, depending on the destination. The cost for shipping to Australia and New Zeland is 30 Euro and the delivery time is about 10 business days, depending on the destination.

For shipments to other countries it is possible to request availability and information writing to info@artemisia.me.

 

How can I track my order?

Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email containing the confirmation of the shipment, the tracking number and a link that will enable you to check the status of your order. Registered customers will be able to monitor the status of all their orders from their account. Customers that have purchased items as guests will be able to monitor the status of their order using the tracking code at www.ups.com.

 

How can I return an item?

To return an item, authorization is necessary.

REGISTERED USER

If you have purchased an item using a registered account, you must send the return request through your account within 14 days from the receipt of the order.

Access with your account and click on ‘my orders’

Select the order that you wish to return and click on ‘visualize order’

Check that the information is correct and click on the right at the top of the page on ‘Ask for return’

Fill in the form that will appear on the page, specifying the articles or the order you want to return and specify your preference between a return with refund or the creation of a store credit to use for future purchases.

NOT REGISTERED USER

If you have made a purchase as guest user or without logging in through your account you must access the section returns and orders, within 14 days from the receipt of your order:

FINALIZATION PROCEDURES

Once the return request has been received, if approved, Artemisia will send a written confirmation via email, containing all instructions that must be followed, reported also here:

Once you have received the email approving the return, access the section ‘return request’, form your account or through he link that you will find in the email.

Click at the top of the page on the right on ‘print sticker’, fill in the requested fields and print.

Once you have printed the sticker you will have to enclose it on the package for the return shipment, together with the waybill. The printed sticker will automatically contain all the information needed and the return number authorization (R.N.A). In order for the return to be accepted, it is compulsory to enclose the precedent information and R.N.A. number for the return shipment.

Artemisia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not have the sticker and authorization number R.N.A.

Once the goods are shipped, it is necessary to access again the section ‘return requests’ (from your account or from the link you will find in your email for the order approval) click on ‘confirm shipment’ to give notification that the goods that you want to return have been shipped.

Artemisia reserves the right to refuse the returns that have been sent without concluding the procedure of shipment confirmation.

In the case that the return has been done because of a production defect, the return shipment cost twill be sustained by Artemisia, and it will be refunded to the consumer.

In the case that the return has been done for goods that do not have manufacturing defects, the shipment will be charged to the customer.

The goods can be returned, not changed.

Suggestion: If you wish to change the size of the item you have purchased, you can make your request asking for a store credit that you will be immediately able to use to buy the same item of the desired size.

The return of the items must be made to ARTEMISIA within 14 days from the return request.

 

What is your return policy?

The consumer has the right to withdrawal form the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days. The period of withdrawal follows the moment in which the consumer or third party, different form the vector, acquires the physical possession of the final good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform Artemisia (by email, writing at: customer.care@artemisia.me) informing of his/her decision to withdraw from the present contract through a declaration. For this purpose the consumer may use the return procedure.

To respect the term of withdrawal, it is sufficient for the consumer to send the communication relative to the right of withdrawal before the deadline of the withdrawal period.

Withdrawal effects

If the consumer withdrawals form the present contract, all the payments made in favor of Artemisia will be refunded. These include shipment costs when the destination is Italy (exception made for supplementary costs deriving form the customer’s choice of a certain type of delivery different form the standard delivery) without undue delay, and not after 14 days from the day Artemisia has been informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

In case of manufacturing defects or in the case that the items received are not in accordance with the order, the shipment cost will be sustained by Artemisia.

If the return is due to: wrong size or to the fact that the product does not come up to expectations, the cost for the picking up and return will be responsibility of the customer.

These refunds will be done through bank transfer or through the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction. If not differently requested by the customer, this choice is made by Artemisia. In any case the customer will not have to sustain any cost for these refunds. Artemisia may suspend the refunding until the receipt of the goods or until the demonstration by the consumer of having shipped back the goods.

Without undue delays and in any case, within 14 days from the day of communication of the withdrawal form the present contract.

The term is respected if the consumer sends back the goods before the deadline of the 14 days period.

The consumer is responsible of the diminishing of the value of the goods resulting from manipulations different from the necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
